We are proud to offer a variety of clubs at our school. Our clubs are a mix of school led and specialist external providers. If you would like any information about these clubs, please call into the school reception in person or phone them on 01932 562329.  The school office can also be contacted on admin@thorpe.surrey.sch.uk via email.

Thorpe’s Wraparound Care 

As part of our 'wraparound care', school is open from 7.30am until 5.30pm term time only. All our Club employees are fully DBS checked and the children get to have fun in a safe environment if parents and/or carers have to work.

Numbers for these two clubs are limited, booking and payment for both clubs must be made in advance through the schools booking system Magic Booking 

Did you know that you can save 20% on the cost of our wraparound care?  We accept childcare vouchers and HMRC tax-free vouchers in payment for our breakfast and after school clubs.  If your employer offers these schemes please speak to Susan Holmes, the School Business Manager, to find out how to use them.

Earlybirds Club

Thorpe’s before school club is called Earlybirds and parents who have pre-booked can drop their children there from 7.30am. Children attending Earlybirds enjoy lots of supervised activities as well as a healthy breakfast included in the daily cost.

Children are escorted to classrooms in time for registration. 

Owl Club 

Thorpe’s after school club is called Owl.  Owl Club staff collect children from their classes at 3.15pm and the club runs until 5.30pm. Children attending Owl enjoy lots of supervised fun activities, with access to all the playground equipment, art and crafts and a healthy snack is included in the daily cost.
